Garmin Nuvi 200 Best Deal

Let's see if the Nuvi 200 Best Deal really is the best deal.

The Nuvi 200 is a good, solid GPS . However, I do not recommend it since it does not speak street names.

Having to take your eyes off the road to read the street names on the display is extremely dangerous.  I speak from personal experience with my Garmin StreetPilot c330.

The first GPS up from the Nuvi 200 that speaks street names is the Nuvi 255.  This is a new GPS in the 2x5 product line.

Here are some other options to consider.  The prices for each are posted as of the date this was written to give you the relative difference in price .

Nuvi 200 - $146.99
